This is the usual way to form associative grids with variable, and you can go to higher order matrixse as well.
That person who blew the Swiss Whistle was fired and given a USA job.
It just goes to show what weasels the swiss are. However you are not correct about a law being broken. By law a corporation is supposed to be law abiding and ethical and had the obligation to disclose that holocausr information. releasing that data is just doing what the corporation was supposed to do and the only thing they can do is fire, no lawsuit possible or the corporation is defacto exposed as crooked and will get it's charter cancelled and all assets estreated to the goverment. So the swiss bank will not sue, all they will try to say is human error.
In fact the Swiss were in bed with hitler and cheated 1000s of jews of their rightfull assets. This was only one bank, they all did it, and got away with it. However nazi records have been found that the swiss are eager to keep buried, hence the settlement when a year or so ago it was a fraction of that amount.
They are a cat caught with feathers and blood in their whiskers and the birds is gone, they have no lawful or ethical defense, and I suspect their own lawyers told them to pay or it could get a lot worse.
