I believe the DELL news is ready to rock and some insiders (whether on the DELL side or the ICOM side) are scooping up a few blocks for a quick profit on the announcement.

Also, since the volume is low relative to the latest reported short position, I suspect that big short position was largely covered on the last high-volume day a while back (just before it plunged to 2).
