You are a pretty insulting guy! But hey, you're a lawyer.

But you did aquiese to my point that the way the legal principles are setup it encourages people (generally salesmen) to lie and to have the lies overridden by the written contracts.

Employee/employer verbal contracts are rarely enforced and this leads these companies to make promises which are not later carried out.

You also did not deal with the issue of caveat emptor which encourages lying.

You are wrong but I understand that you need to pretend you are in a moral business.
