Carl, Carter is one American president that had, and still has the respect from both parties, the free world, AND, America's adversaries. Something achievable only from being genuine. His one weakness is he believes we can kill evil with kindness.

It concerns me that he has decided to speak out now about the bombing in Sudan. For the love of God...I hope the US didn't bomb an innocent drug facility. Two of our biggest allies have concerns and we fought hard to prevent the U.N. from allowing an investigation. I'd think trace elements of chemical weapon producing materials could be found...if in fact they ever were there.
