Contrite Analysts Offer Apologies to Allen Benn!!!

No,that headline was not on Zack's latest report, but it could have been. Still stinging from Allen's recent criticism, Zack's 12/21/96 report raised WIND's estimated fiscal year earnings to $.61/share from the previous week estimate of $.60 and next fiscal year earnings to $.80 from $.79. I told you they read this page!

On a more serious note, this weeks' report also dropped Integrated Systems from the 66th ranked company (tied with WIND) to number 103 in the COMP-SOFTWARE sector. This seems to be an acknowledgement of the apparent weakness indicated in INTS's quarterly report.

Steve Schuster probably deserves credit for issuing the CFO announcement and the quarterly report simultaneously. That sleight-of -
hand likely maintained INT's share price temporarily, but the market will not be fooled for long. (It was still pretty clever, Steve.)
