Kitco has been down all morning... This on a day when the DOW is literally unchanged so far... Isn't it Triple Witching TODAY? I don't remember a stable DOW day like this for months. It amazes me that the DOW can be fixed like this legally, so that the near index options expire worthless. WHAT A JOKE..........
