I think the 11's here is a good price..There are rumors floating saying that CSCO might be interested in buying out CIEN because of the beaten down price. CIEN looks cheap right here. Should be an upside target of 13-15 in the next couple of weeks. Any good news for this company should help to boost this stock and have some shorters cover. How much lower can this puppy go? Went from 90 bucks to 11? This company isn't going to go bankrupt with 200 million bucks in the bank.
