When I have a problem that pisses me off I go straight to the top! I'm persistent until I get to see/speak to #1. As a former (?) shareholder, and a N customer, what you have to say counts. Forget the local yokels. You gave them their shot and they blew it. From your post it seems they don't really care. A call from you to Akerson and from Akerson to them, will get their _ss in gear.
