If a global company like ICI was behind this 100% they would have jumped at the PR opportunity. Just a big ???? that is all. I am not saying ICI are not involved but a heads of agreement is not a signed distribution agreement.

Which is then verified and announced by ICI's head office in the UK. I do not know what experience you have in the real world of business Gino but things are alot more fluid and change dramatically when it comes to the execution of new products , marketing and distribution. You see Gino not only is NIR not informing its shareholders of its profitability(another huge question) but it has not shown any creditable marketing plan with which it can leverage sales for it pending deals. Your premise on this thread is that huge sales are pending it will just happen because ICI will do it all, wake up and smell the paint stripper. How long is it going to take for the education process to sink in at the ICI sales level. Maybe the scam is being perpetrated here on the boards?

All Nir has is an agreement to enter into a distribution agreement in Canada, no sales yet to that customer. You do read dont you Gino?

So Aquasol is looking at merging again with some other firm. Sounds like they will drop their pants for anyone. If anyone should be suing anyone then the shareholders of NIR should take Aquasol to task over the blatant misrepresentation perpetrated on NIR.

And as far as the ICI logo on NIRS website is concerned big deal in fact IMO what that shows is NIRS brand value will be nonexistent. Good job by NIRS seasoned marketing gurus just give it away boys, and make sure you have a good patent lawyer.
