You should call I.C.I. and get the facts
Then you should call Aquasol and get the facts--how can they merge with anyone if they have a pending lawsuit

So Aquasol is looking at merging again with some other firm. Sounds like they will drop their pants for anyone. If anyone should be suing anyone then the shareholders of NIR should take Aquasol to task over the blatant misrepresentation perpetrated on NIR.

David, what did I miss?

Napier has also successfully concluded the first stage of its global marketing arrangement with ICI Canada Inc., a member of the ICI World Group of Companies and recognized as the largest coatings company in the world. ICI is represented in 163 countries and has more than 15,000 distribution outlets worldwide for its products.
The deal which will commence roll out in Canada has granted ICI Canada Inc. a range of rights to market several of Napier's leading cleaning and stripping agents. In addition to the SV-35 series of strippers is the official debut of a heavy industrial compound named Blitzolve which is a high end aggressive stripping agent for niche markets and a remarkable cleaning formula named Plexi-Plus Graffiti Remover.
The Plexi-Plus is designed specifically to clean without scratching or altering the optical properties of plexi glass. As an added benefit the product will also clean most types of graffiti including spray can paints from a wide variety of surfaces. The uniqueness of this product is evident when witnessing a spray can graffiti being removed from other painted surfaces without affecting the original coating.
ICI has been granted a two year exclusive marketing and private labeling right in Canada for heavy industrial applications of the products. In addition ICI will have a non-exclusive right to market into all other market sectors with the exclusion of both the marine and aeronautical industries.
ICI will begin placing orders immediately to stock its Canadian warehouse locations making available products for over 875 independent stockists, Canadian stores and Canadian Consumer outlets. The companies have also agreed to play specific roles in an aggressive education program to enlighten the several thousand marketing and sales representatives within the ICI network.
In regards to this, Napier has obtained from ICI a 12 page technical newsletter that specifically documents the findings and case histories for the uses of Napier products. The document clearly demonstrates a high level of field testing and product due diligence carried out by ICI.
As further assurance of the commitment to Napier, ICI Devoe Coatings will endeavour to replace its existing line of unfriendly chemical strippers with the Napier products and has further agreed not to sell any product similar to or which performs in a similar manner as the SV-35 series which hosts a unique combination of a patented lifting process and environmentally friendly composition.
Formal discussions are under way with ICI for a global marketing arrangement which would provide access for Napier products to over 15,000 stockists worldwide which are currently supplied by ICI Coatings division.
The addition of the SV-35 OA spray can packaged by K-G as described above is expected to play an integral role in the ICI marketing program, since ICI owns the retail paint outlets; Color Your World, Glidden and Dulux Paints.
Napier International Technologies has entered into formal discussions with K-G Packaging which will also obtain certain world marketing rights to represent and market certain Napier products under its Crown product line. K-G has strong ties to an extremely wide range of marketing organizations and distribution outlets through its private labeling division such as Canadian Tire and Wal-Mart. In addition, Napier has requested pricing from CCL United Kingdom production facility to prepare for European distribution.
The closing of these two cornerstone relationships will now permit Napier to move forward with numerous other distribution channels. The company has received formal proposals from more than a dozen international organizations seeking marketing opportunities. Many of these requests were temporarily sidelined until Napier was confident that it could supply product internationally and that certain marketing rights would not be in conflict with the efforts of ICI and K-G.
The company has continued to make impressive strides through its internal marketing efforts to the North American airline industry. Napier has now become a supplier to more than 60 aircraft refurbishers in the United States and is closing an average of more than 10 new customer accounts per month.
