"Basically, WINR
has said that they do not want to hook up with TISS if TISS doesn't stop using the
1-800 sportbooking as a means of business. BUT, if TISS does comply with this, then
WINR and TISS would be a go. Some will say they are close, but now you know what
this really means."

Mr. Miller, if the contract is signed, I would imagine that
Winr has no choice on whether or not they WANT to hook up with TISS unless they have stipulated something of this nature in the contract...Right?

Also, if you visit www.oasiscasino.com (owned by TISS), you will find
that their interface is almost (99%) identical to Winr's system prototype /beta site.

I am not doubting your info but just find a lot of the info hard to
rationalize. I don't see how Winr can tell their customers what to
do and what they CAN'T DO.

I am pretty sure I don't know enough about the 1 800 side of the betting industry, so if you have a little time, can you clarify?
ex. What is the difference relative to online wagering... I went
to TISS's site and it seems that they are people that are concerned
about the legality of their wagers....
