Looks to me like LU doesn't know how to compete fairly in the "new world". They're relying on spy tactics and filing of patent suits on every competitor out there. Tell's me they haven't got the goods to compete on a technical, marketing, or sales level so this is their way of slowing competition. Pathetic.
