case# A380415...you might procure the documents. Like you are prone to do, you are hypeing without having read any documents or performing the diligence to support your hype.
CVS9801247LDG (RLH) is a FEDERAL COURT CASE #, the discovery, depositions, etc., was handled by Judge George. The hearing for the restraining order was heard in the court room of Judge Hunt.
To date it is CIVIL, if the 4.4MM+shares are not bought and returned to the TA by Sept. 30th, it becomes a CRIMINAL CASE. They will ALL GO TO JAIL, and STILL HAVE TO COVER.
JB OXFORD was the clearing house for all the defendants named. They are the ones responsible for buying the shares and returning them to the TA by Sept. 30th. If they do not do so, everyone will go to jail on CRIMINAL charges.
You are the one who should be ashamed of himself. You are defending those that illegally manipulated a market and taking me to task on behalf of them. Shame on me? Shame on you!
