Everyone has litter. Maybe it's useful to think of the advertising slogan, "Please put litter in its place." My limited experience suggests that the place for litter is in a (container or) post that starts with the header Off Topic or OT. If anyone has additional information or thoughts regarding the customs for posting off topic material please advise.
