To Rick F, What do mean by thank God for the internet. Other than the deal being finalized, all the news is old hat. If you took the time to speak to Johnathan you would have known about all of this already. If you would have looked at the FXWA filings in edgar you would see the transactions between ARET and FXWA. Until the money is in hand from Europe we don't have s--t! If it comes in we're golden! Don't expect any FXWA shares for some time. If and when we get them they will be restricted IMHO. If we can get cash (discounted) for the note, look for big things to happen. Ted
