The Astrodome is wired, and they've tested their internet feed technology in preparation for the deal they're doing with ACTV (www.actv.com). The long term network deal is still on, but probably won't close for another month or two. If they get a post season deal for this year, it will be last minute, just like last year, when they didn't get the deal until 3 games into the NLCS. Could be great! (emphasis on 'could').
