Well, the gain only ended up being about
six percent after Fidelity got it's 0.7%
cut today when I bailed, plus a little for
Uncle Sam:-(

As you have seen from my posts, the disappointment
that the forecast did not have a much larger area
under cold bias--especially the east coast, plus some
basic nervousness, meant that I had to take my little
gain. I may play the idea later in the season if I
see the right weather pattern setting up (high latitude
blocking--boy, a nice rex block over the great white
north in November might do a lot for gas...)

For now, I'm just too nervous about the markets I guess,
and it didn't help that a handful of the big oils were
pessimistic today.

I suppose if I wanted to really refine the idea, I might
start with TTC and do a little research. Toro might not
be the best snowthrower company to look at, but it's a start.
I think it was Robert Stoval on CNBC who mentioned toro a
few weeks ago, could be a good idea--but cometitors should
be looked at too.

Sorry I've been so active on the thread of late--will try
to get back to the main topic, which will be a lot easier
after the simiannual reports arrive. Thanks thread for
enduring my long posts!
