Well Roger, then may those financial filings and press release retractions come soon so that the record can be set to the straight and narrow. The misrepresentations should not have stood so long. John Schmitz has been less than forthcoming not only by his earlier statements but his failure to correct those erroneous statements.

All who are willing to overlook these very major problems are doing so at their peril. The answers to the questions about this company have yet to add up - these latest wiggles from Dave Williams notwithstanding.

Where are all these branch offices? Exactly? What is happening to all of these potential sales of 6000 new homes? These are now all coming from Americans looking to live in Belize, a country of 220,000? They are going to process 3% of the country's mortgages? (They have a working force of around 50,000 remember, so this percentage could be even higher.) All to foreigners? Common sense says that doesn't add up. I have read the Belize web sites, and real estate market is not all that strong there.

These before the fact representations about the completion of the merger and the activities of PRWT arrangements is remarkable. If there is no closing yet on Realty Money Centers or Affordable Housing, then these press releases have been highly misleading. Maybe the truth will eventually be "forced out", but this is hardly a confidence builder in the management of PRWT. These are unconscionable acts for a publicly traded corporation, especially the continued stone walling on correcting its earlier statements.

I wish you luck here, but none of you seem to be willing to ask the tough questions of this management. You now know they have apparently lied. At the very least they have not even yet corrected the factual misstatements they have made. Yet you appear prepared to accept another mesmerizing spin to the newly assembled facts.
