No, bp,....you're are right....Henry Hyde has not been charged with those on the list. However, he will be chairing the committee that decides whether the Pres. will undergo impeachment hearings or not.

As such, I want to know as much about his background(almost) as Mr. Starr has revealed about Pres. Clinton.(which is more immoral ?...having an affair with a 21 yr old intern or taking a mother away from 3 very young children at their most vulnerable time of life? - all legal considerations aside, of course.)

I know those with a "legal" bent can think of nothing else when looking at the facts surrounding this case; however, the American people tend to look at Starr's actions while preparing his report as a "sting operation" rather than a thoroughly legitimate investigation.

I understand the "video" will be released at 9AM Monday.....if the public finds the Pres. has a "Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde"(hahahaha..some reporter has to use that in a report over the weekend)personality while observing his demeanor on the tape, the pressure on him to resign will be so unrelenting that within days he'll be waving as he & Hillary embark on their last helicopter trip from the White House. IMO, only that type of pressure could cause him to resign.
