Aren't the total cash payments owed from the suit already represented as receievables and thus counted in book value per share? Are you distinguishing cash per share as significantly different? And if so, why? Shouldn't any potential suitor of CIST know that cash promised from IMNX is pretty close to cash? Sorry, I just don't get how the fact of an actual cash payment is going to change anything with our dissapointing little speculation here.
