I got a response back from Chase-Mellon Shareholder services. They said they are not a Transfer Agent for FTEL. He did give me FTEL's web site address and said the information I want might be there. And that was all. I'm back to square one where I haven't a clue as to how many shares exist in FTEL right now outstanding. FTEL could be dilluting and there is no way for anyone to verify. Oh well. -DavidCG
