BMart, excellent post! So the 4.4 million share buy-in must occur within 8 trading days. Do you think the freeze at the DTC will be lifted only after the 4.4 million share buy-in is complete so that shareholders can all order their certificates? IMO, if what you are saying is true, then there will probably be additional bigtime shorting in an attempt to offset any rise in price. This doesn't sound so good for the Short Sellers here. One way to gage the accuracy of your post is to simply watch the short sellers harassing campaign here against the company and its shareholders. If their behavior continues as it has been or even gets nastier, then the short squeeze should be for real. Rich_1
