Robert, Thank you for that reassurance. I agree with you, except for: 4. The current offering is associated with a technology that may cause a lot of investor interest. I think there is a lot more competition in this market now than when we were introduced to Who? Vision Systems last year. Also, there are competing standards, and the main standard W?V uses (HA-API) is not the one endorsed by Compaq, which is shipping a product already. Anyway, I think the interest will be there, but it will depend on what's in the prospectus. --John
