gdr, i've done some net shopping and it definitely has some minuses. you don't have human interaction so it can take a looooong time to get questions answered. sometimes information isn't intuitive. sometimes the screens come up way to slow in addition to being dead ends all too often. it has a place but that place will not take over the world.
