Joe: Great call on CYPH.

I have a question. maybe your or someone's else experience can explain this. I have been involved in a stock CLWK. I think it looks good and they seem to have made some nice announcements along the way. It usually is very thinly traded, only a few thousand shares a day. It has been trading mostly between 1-1/2 to 3. It is around 1 3/4 now. Anyway over the last few days the volume has really picked up, over 200,000, then 100,000 and now today over 350,000. The float is extemely small. But the price hasn't moved. usually a block of a few thousand shares moves the stock 1/4 or so but in the last 3 days it hasn't moved very much at all even with all of the volume.
They have already announced a deal with IBM and the official announcement from IBM will be made later next week, at least that is a rumor. Can you explain what is happening here?. Is it being heavily shorted?. If so why is the price holding up?. Can the market makers be accumulating at this price without moving it up to get shares cheap?
It just seems strange to me. I still really like the possibilites of this company and the volume is encouraging.
