Shows how little you know bmart. Understand something this is the USA. You cannot start out in a civil trial and end up in jail on a criminal charge. You must first be charged with a criminal offense (hasn't happened to anyone as far anyone here has stated) Next you must have a criminal trial and be found guilty. This is a much different scenario than you have pointed out so far.

By the way I think you have protested the "personal invasion" enough already.
