John, i don't expect there to be any preference to existing CBS shareholders. They are selling shares of Infinity to the public. We, as shareholders will still own the 80% of Infinity that's not being offered to the public. Later on, they might spin off Infinity shares to existing CBS shareholders. At such a time, existing shareholders would get a fixed number of Infinity shares, but the price of CBS stock would immediately drop by the value of the spun off shares. hope this helps. larrry
