Phil: I'm referring to the ferrous scrap market conditions... A 21 year low... Many mom and pop scrap operations are hurting... Some of the deals that RECY has on the table are being more favorably negotiated in RECY's favor... When the ferrous scrap market turns around RECY will be holding facilities that are way undervalued... Jim
