Insook, the big question is, why do you need a faster pc to type a business letter, which is about 75% of what pcs do in business? Shouldn't you invest in a faster typing secretary? <G> Ditto for spreadsheets and accountants, but I didn't use them because I like secretaries. <G>

Simple fact, the pc has led to productivity growth that is minimal relative to other capital investments. Even the slow of wit in business have to realize that the promises the tech types and pc touts made didn't come true. Yes, pie in the sky is coming with the next upgrade. It always is. And always will be. Meantime, we will be pieless. <G> And capital spending that involves throwing money in the pc hole will slow down.
