Frank. I have been working on my cpt today. My audio is still not working. I am under guarantee and Packard Bell will send me new speakers now.

Margaret and I just talked about Mr. Greenspan. I guess you listened to Moneyline last night. Myron sees it my way also. gg. Yes, it is maddening when things go down when he speaks. But hey, it also has gone up for years when he spoke. I have all those great opinions, but in the end you would not want me to be FED Chairman. gg.

Mr. Clinton saga goes on and so does the united front of the DEM. & REP. gg. About the release of materials on Monday. There were 120 detractions voted on, 100 were passed and 20 were not. Yet the DEM. say it was partisan. Bi-Partisan in their mind is when they get their way on everything. I guess it's tough when your man supposedly lies under oath. About this supposedly. Maybe we can see for ourselves soon. I would have liked to see that stuff this weekend and not on Monday when I want to keep my eyes on the market. Well, we will hear plenty bickering this weekend.

I really don't think that will influence the markets in the near term.

In case you do not read all the posts. Abby Cohen's fav. stocks are: Dell, Msft and Intel. I sold Msft in the low teens I think and may have to pick it up again soon. I still own the other two and will continue to do so as long as things look good for them.

Yes, a lot of our stocks have lost some steam in the last year. But YOU can't complain about MO. It's near its high. And the other stocks will come back also. Gillette has warned and dropped a lot, but I think it's temporary, the way I read it. I may pick up some later on. Intl. exposure seem to be weighing on the company.

Have a nice weekend.

Sonny
