What anyone with any brains is ignoring is the fact that the only payouts tobacco companies have made has been the result of settlements. The states have no legal standing to sue. They are not the injured parties. Try as they might, the pissants cannot bring BIG MO down. You're not allowed to advertise, a billion $$$ falls to the bottom line. The only reason we advertised was to maintain market share. Without advertising, market share will remain more or less constant. You must raise prices, Oh hurt me more. The lifestyle Nazis are losers and they play a losing hand. Big MO a $40 stock paying a $2 dividend with much upside potential. I'm not, but if anyone is truly long term/risk averse, welcome home.
