Don,

A couple of things I know about LRDR:

1) Too much paper-look for a roll back and financing this year
2) Good property in Maine with Prospectors Alliance, positive drilling results.
3) Will complete a base metal deal with Falconbridge early 97

Just a few things off the top of my head.
