FSNGX was not in my database because of its small size ($48M) and lack of performance: 1 year -29.1%, 3 year 1.6%, 5 year -0.6%. However it has been strong recently. I am adding FSNGX to my database. Thank you for the good reading on La Nina, and links to NOAA, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. For people interested in reading on weather forcasting: A recent book by William A. Sherden, 'The Fortune Sellers,' has a Chapter on Weather Forcasting (Chapter 2). This book is popular reading but it is not a scientific paper. An excellent introduction is 'Whither the Weather?' in John L. Casti's book 'Searching for Uncertainty' Chapter 2. Julius
