The NorthSTAR RFA closed on September 11, 1998. Responses were received from: Value Behavioral Health of Texas, Inc., d/b/a Value Options Columbia Green Oaks Behavioral Healthcare Services, d/b/a IPM Southwest Community Behavioral Care Comprehensive Behavioral Care of Texas, Inc. Magellan Behavioral Health, Inc. Two providors will be selected to cover the Dallas area. Contract will be awarded in November. looks like were bidding against Value and Magellan again...
