NW..... they said on the news the other day that most of Russia's business is done in barter. They said that the govt. hates it because it cuts down on tax revenues and promotes criminal conduct. I'm glad that Compaq is using discretion in Russia, as a truckload of vodka and a herd musk ox wouldn't look too cool on CPQ's quarterly report. El
