There are 13,000 + publicly traded stocks. I hardly doubt that the SEC monitors any thread unless a critical mass of complaints has already been filed with them. There is no friggin way they have the staffing to be anything other than reactive. Hell, look how long it takes them to shut down operations that are blatantly fraudulent? I know people who wait months and years before they ever even hear word 1 on their complaints. Our Webmistress Jill does a much better job monitoring SI. TG
