That trade in feature has been around since the lingo for years.I would be interested to know.Do you have a strong signal in you area.What are you trying to accomplish with customer care.I find them really good compared to a year ago.I find most of the time it is the guy calling in not knowing how to deal with his problem. I will give you some direction.I posted this last time and you blew me off.GRANTED I know it can be frustrating.I am just trying to help.I think your in the tahoe area.
