reworst thing that happened to Compaq Kemble would you believe. Last year when I first bought Dell right before the June 1997 split I only bought it for the split. I was not a long term holder of anything but Coca cola at that time. Then I sold and bought Compaq for the split. Chuz would think I was crazy all the tax consequences that I was ignoring. I almost held Compaq instead of Dell. I decided to be in computers instead of soda and sold most of the KO to keep Compaq. Then people on DELL thread told me to keep both but in no event to sell DELL. So I kept both, by going into margin. Then when Compaq kept disappointing I realized the truth.
