They did not lose. You must be like Clinton - I didn't have sex - I didn't enhale when I smoked pot. This case is long gone - dead and buried over and out. The focus now is whether there is any value to the "assets" that KRY holds. Based on cash and total costs at Albino and the high admin cost structure of KRY the value of KRY should reflect the cash held by it, nothing more. One could make an argument that KRY is insolvent given the two lawsuits that have been filed. Good luck with your investing. Greg
