Mitchell,

Such a loss for a lot of shareholders though (myself
included)to liquidate. Maybe there is no way around
it. But isn't there some way to get this company
in the hands of competent managers? Wouldn't it be
in the best interest of Rubin et al to turn things
over to people who can take the assets AUGI does have
and do something positive to turn things around?
What the hell is wrong with the people running this
company?
