Toy - Only a few months ago I also believed that MSFT would not ship NT5 until 2000, based on conversations with MSFT people and my own experience with Beta1. But now that I have Beta2 I am revising my projections, it is much more stable and feature complete. I believe that MSFT will get out a 3rd and even more stable Beta later this year and ship NT5 in early '99. You heard it here... but C-S news said the same thing in yesterday's edition, and they are usually a lot more accurate than the 'lapdog' media. So believe what you want, let's check again in 6 months and see what really happens.
