Vote for/against merger might be close ??

Just recieved a Next Day Express Mail to remind me of the importance to vote.

This is the 2nd reminder, the first was a phone call from a "Telemarketing-Reminder-Firm" just after the proxys were sent out.

I already did - AGAINST - for previously stated reasons !

I hope the deal does NOT go through !!
