Don, great insight: " The States will not get .5 of what they think they are getting." In the realm of politics and big government, contracts or legal obligations are made to be broken or re-written especially when a friendly Republican Administration comes to power.
In retrospect, I almost lost my mind during the Senate Hearings on the McCain bill. I kept on buying all the way down and I was so deep in the red on paper, like I was on PFE in 93. But deep down I knew MO would ultimately prevail and we would get a nice summer rally:

This rally has legs to it. MO is rising on very heavy volume.

Congress adjourns October 7 for the midterm elections. A massive buy back by MO and another 10% dividend increase is expected in October. MO's management team is a powerhouse.
