Anyone care to comment on the German announcement or the following? Someone spoke to IDMC IR YESTERDAY.... ShortSqueeze Sep 18 1998 9:15AM EDT asked him why is it again that you come out w/a positive press release and the stock does nothing? says investors not thrilled that IDM only has minority stake in Germany project. also said it seems as though market is waiting for 1 of 2 things to be resolved: 1) projects begin and revenue starts rolling in or 2) file for chapter eleven. said there is no chance for the latter. said IDM has enough working capital on hand to operate well into next year and beyond. i asked about the El Salvador project. he said construction of the project is to begin appx oct 16,1998. i said 'what about the financing?' 'he said we cld not begin w/out it'. bottom line -- i only look at the price action and obviously it blows. i own some stock very north of here and have bought a decent amount right here @ 9/16. so i am cautiously optimistic. time will tell. eom...
