Hi Ken: Both stocks will trade separately until the BC court approves the merger which IR at Winspear anticipates completion around the 3rd
of January 97. I think the gap will narrow on both stocks the closer
that date approaches. Technically speaking Antler has been making new
highs rather consistantly versus Winspear intra-day at 3.16. Regardless, my feelings are this. Once the merger is complete. were going to be looking at a company with huge market potential, and the money to develope those resources. Over the years I highly regard the job Aber resources has done in developing their properties and feel their involvement will only increase the chances of a rewarding program. Good Luck
