Might as well..The President- a wounded lame duck. JPR: I guess the President might as well stay home considering the circumstances.A wounded lame duck President can not be very effective,any overseas trip at this point will be quite embarrassing for the man and the country,I think the decision to stay home is quite appropriate at this time.
