Mr. Pink and DR. Seuss

Thank you for you kind remarks.
I would like to state though that I have been an
investor for about a year. I have been very very lucky
and I do mean lucky. I have done very well. Mainly with
the help of a good friend that is a very good investor.
But I am interested in branching out my knowledge of investing.
I have only gone long on stocks so far.
I to date have never played an option or a short.
I feel that I need to learn this so that I can maximize
my earnings.

Have any of you played Futures on the Dow?
I have a friend that plays them and is doing well.
The only thing is. We had a fund that was making over
60% in less than 8 weeks but the day the market went down
over 500 points we lost all of it. Bummer.
Lesson learned though. Never bet all in one basket.

I will visit this thread from time to time and I hope that
you don't mind an inexperienced investor dropping by.

Thanks
Lamar
