cgraham, start with Microsoft Investor (I believe they offer a free trial period, and after that it's $10/month) and go to VTSS' web site (www.vitesse.com)-- then call the company and ask questions of Investor Relations. By the by, I just bought some more VTSS, and if it goes to 22 1/2 I'm averaging down. Then, each 10% lower I'll add to the pot. (Just my strategy for a company I believe to have a fantastic future.)
