Three new barge rigs should start arriving on Lake Maracaibo starting in December. I believe Chevron has them under contract. This will add to earnings. 4 of their present 10 barge rigs are stacked, but this is due to PDVSA having the option to buy them and they havn't decided what they are going to do yet. There is work for these rigs if they aren't bought. That is what I was told.
