Without the merger, we may have needed to wait at least a few more years to see major earnings (it will take at least that long for all the neighboring hotels in Tunisia to be built). The merger may make that happen in a shorter period of time (more revenue streams from different properties both foreign and domestic) but it will not happen overnight. Without the merger, no chance we were going to get on the NASDAQ but at least there is a chance now (through FXWA). Ken S.
